Mcdonald's - Alma

The girl, with long black and pink braids was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Snatched my card then acted like it pissed her off to get my coffee. Never said a word to me, not even a thank you. She needs a course in how to treat customers. Or better yet, fired. This is in Alma, GA. Food is decent. The usual you expect from McDonald's. Most of the girls working the windows are pretty nice. It takes awhile to order and get through the line. They neverrrrr have Frappes anymore. It's a decent place to eat staff are awesome it's just ownership sucks they specialty items even though it's advertised on menu only thing holding the place back from a full 5 star review is the OWNERSHIP!!!!!!! The food is average, just what you would expect from McDonald's. Most of the girls at the drive-thru are quite friendly. However, it does take a while to place your order and get through the line. They never seem to have Frappes available anymore. Service: Takeout Meal type: Lunch.

This McDonald's is the worst in the area. While I was waiting at the drive-thru, the worker's daughter came up to the window to chat with her mom about random things, right next to my car. Additionally, the girl who took my order had a really unprofessional attitude. It was a disappointing experience overall.
