Mancino's Pizzas Grinders Alma

It's not a particularly crowded spot, but I really enjoy their grinders.

The staff was really friendly, and the restaurant was clean with fast service and a warm smile. I rated the food a 4 because although it was quite good, the ingredients weren't as impressive as I remembered.

I was really disappointed with this Mancino's location. It seems they’ve opted to use tin foil instead of boxes for their grinders, which was not what I expected. Unfortunately, all the subs ended up being mushy and steamed by the time I got home. I ended up with four foot-long subs that were just awful. If I had noticed they weren't boxed, I would have chosen not to take them because the quality was terrible. The lack of proper packaging ruined the flavor completely, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. We go to Mancino's for a crispy sub, not the soggy mess I ended up with. It’s better to choose another location. When I called to ask about the packaging, they confirmed they don't use boxes. Their decision to save money on packaging has cost them my future business.
