So how to say... quite simply perfect, we had the day before taken crêpes and drinks and we had enjoyed ourselves, we had taken advantage of this very pleasant moment to order the dish in the suggestions for the New Year's Eve...and it was the apoteosis, very well served, copied and delicious....and to finish with kindness and a availability that many restorers should be inspired again...
