Tim Horton's Store 548 - Alliston

Every time I go to this Tim Horton's location, I'll be deceived from my reward points! The cashier scans the app on my phone, but if I check my points balance, it remains unchanged and the points I'm entitled to...not been granted. If that had happened once, I wouldn't even complain. Even two or three times I would still not complain, but this happens EVERY TIME I go to this place and I am tired of being betrayed! DIESER LAGE needs to be INVESTIGATE for the WOAUD!

I usually visit the store (548) during my night shift. The young lady named Ainsley was so good at her job. Very polite and always a pleasure driving through. Good job at hiring.

All I have to do with this time... I remember being patient! Tuesday evening/morning I waited 4 minutes on the ride thru.... No one answered! Hello? Hello? So I drove to McDonalds!!! They were open and happy to take my money! It looks like... Tim needs an employee overhaul! I know many people who would love a job, but C'mon Alliston only near the night Tim's, if you don't want to serve people!!!!

Beautiful place to meet with my sister for coffee, and the best part is that we never leave in a certain period. friendly staff.

Graeat awesome hot coffee and sweet eats, love the donuts and they are always very friendly, easy access for my chair and 85% of the times the lobby is clean.
