Mcdonald's - Alliance

Bathrooms and walls were filthy. Mcnuggets were not cooked through, pop was flat. Slow service

They don't know what they are doing. Tried to order an americano coffee, they had no idea how to make. Really? Their machine does it all for them. The place looked very unkept and smelled bad too. Their are better places in town.

Apparently they don 't want any business. Impossible to order through the drive-through as no one is operating it. Cannot order through the mobile app due to issues . So we were forced to go inside where we found that the doors had just been locked, even though there was a large family inside. After pounding on the door and one of the customers open the door for us, We were greeted with well we 're shortstaffed . OK, so is every other restaurant business in the country right now.

They always forget something! On multiple occasions I have had to go back or call because they never give you your stuff. When you go in the store the managers are always mean. I could would say names, but I'm not like that. The girls that work there are usually really nice.

Terrible service!!! Waited over 1/2 hour got the wrong order. People behind us had the same problem. Staff acts dumb, as if they don't know they are screwing up the orders. The order numbers don't match. I told them this is totally unacceptable, they don't care. We'll go to Arby's next time. Also, I noticed that when older people were waiting for their food, McDonalds served the younger ones first the older folks were waiting for a half hour longer. CLEARLY AGE DISCRIMINATION!!!
