Jersey Mike's Subs - Alliance

Decent subs and service. My only complaint is they are a bit expensive.

Service is poor, slow, they don't tell you if there is a delay or problem with the order. I watched staff trying to put 2 different orders together, nobody knew what the other person was doing. Meanwhile I was waiting for my order... it didn't seem like they were going to get to it. In the end no apology, no concern for the delay. Plus, this is the most expensive place I have purchased subs from, and they really are not much better than other places, just slower and pricier.

I was told they were out of all bread except wheat, but the sandwiches being made after mine had white bread all of a sudden. When I questioned the bread, I was given a rude response. The girl working there was rude. My cold sandwiches took a long time, they would stop and start again with different people making them. It wasn't that busy and there were plenty of people working there. With plenty of places to eat around here, I won't be choosing this place again, even though the sandwich was ok.

Took them 40 minutes to get my sub out and now it is cold
