Chives Grill - Alliance

Absolutely loved the food and service was outstanding.. never a bad experience. Staff is great and the owner are loyal to Alliance.

The decor leans more towards a bar vibe than that of a restaurant, and I wasn't entirely at ease with the live music from the band, but the food was outstanding. The strip steak was cooked just as we requested, and the fish tacos are definitely worth coming back for.

I recently visited this new restaurant in the area for lunch and a pint. They seem to have some staffing issues—who doesn't these days?—but I still enjoyed my experience. The place has billiard tables and a few arcade games, which really contributes to a nice atmosphere. I ordered a sandwich that was decent, and I’m eager to try more of their menu options. The beer selection is good, though not exceptional, but you'll find a cocktail to suit your taste. I'm looking forward to returning soon!

The food was delicious and reasonably priced, with generous portions. I highly recommend the chicken parmesan, but if you're not a fan of tomatoes, be prepared to remove the large slices that come with it. The mac and cheese was some of the best I've ever tasted. Everything we ordered was enjoyable, and there were plenty of options on the menu. The drinks, however, were only average in taste and quite expensive—almost $8 for a red cup of vodka. It's a bar, so I suppose you can't expect too much in that department. The Long Islands weren't the best I've had, which is a bit disappointing since that's a popular choice for many people. As for the beer, it was just beer—hard to mess that up. Overall, it was a great experience, and I plan to visit more often. Just be prepared to enjoy the food and maybe skip the drinks.

Always love when I'm in town. Good place to eat a bite and a drink. Workers are always friendly and are always ready to help.
