The Shack - Allerdale

Always fantastic filling food, good quality and mega portions!!! The southern fried chicken wraps are amazing here, definitely my favourite.

The people that run the shack are lovely, very chilled out and welcoming. The food is always fresh and good quality, you see it cooked in front of you and can pick and choose what you want. I have never heard anyone say a bad word about it.

When passing this is an easy place to stop (if in your car). It is near the station, so ideal for that quick sandwich. Everything is freshly made. The staff are always friendly and if you want you food hot that comes as standard.

A nice selection of food that is tasty and does not take long to be served, friendly staff that are helpful and can change any of there meals to suit your requirements.

I wish I had noticed this place sooner. It may not look like much from the outside, resembling a green shed, but it is immaculately clean. The food selection is impressive and served with a bit of humor. The Cumberland Sausage was my favorite dish.
