Jimmy John's - Allendale

My family and I ordered lunch from the Allendale location we think those were the best sandwiches we've had in a long time! The bread was baked to perfection, the lettuce was fresh crisp and all the other ingredients were on point! The employee who took our order was fun friendly we got our food freaky fast! Do NOT Recommend We are pretty much done with this place, been here twice the past 4 months and each time both ridiculous First time they didn’t give us kickin ranch and they were being judgmental and laughing at me cause of my overbite Then this time today 1/28/2023 at 5:12pm, we went in for three sandwiches and all had the inside bread torn out ! WHY ??!! and still didn’t give us kickin ranch once again Do Not Recommend this place at all , it’s one thing or another!!!!

Great place to pick up a sub. However, the emoloyees sometimes forget to charge you if you do a mobile order through the app. Several times Ive had to say I didnt pay for this yet when they had already set my order out and told me to have a nice day. not trying to be rude, but someone who isnt as honest would have taken that sub right out the door and gotten it for free.

6 Stars! I want to give a big shout out to whoever made my unwich tonight! You are the first person who has ever put extra lettuce inside the wrap and I love you for it! Normally my unwiches are rather lackluster, but I love all that extra goodness! It was a little challenging to eat and at times, I had to chomp the top off in order to get a bite from the open end. Maybe a little extra oregano-basil underneath? I just wish you guys had some more nutritious lettuce (I.e. Kale) I don't eat much iceberg. I eat all the darker green leafy vegetables. Maybe you could find a larger leaf option for your lettuce wraps, for people like me? I'm in a wheelchair, so I TOTALLY appreciate the curb-side carryout by the way! Saves me the hastle of getting out of my vehicle and getting in/out of your store! Wheelchair accessibility: They have curb-side carryout, so accessibility isn't an issue whatsoever!

I ordered lunch from this restaurant and my order arrived within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the driver forgot to include the cookie I had ordered. When I contacted the restaurant, they not only gave me a refund for the missing item, but also sent another person to deliver not just 1, but 3 cookies. I appreciate their willingness to rectify the mistake and go above and beyond for a small item that cost $1.79. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
