I haven't had a good fast food experience in years, but this restaurant changed that. It was one of the cleanest and best-maintained restaurants I've seen, from the dining area to the restrooms. The service was excellent and the staff was very kind. A top-notch example for other restaurants to follow. Food: 5/5.

Allendale, MI-This was a quick stop on my late drive home from work. This was one of two places open. The employees were awesome and very accommodating. “We don’t have that sandwich exactly like that on the menu, but we could make one like it for you”. Yeah! That’s called “Excellent Customer Service”! Now the next time I’m driving home late and hungry there won’t be a question of where will I stop. It will be Arby’s. Thanks, guys/gals.

The food at this restaurant was amazing. Even though it's considered fast food, the quality was really good. I didn't enjoy the curly fries as much as the crinkle fries. The mozzarella sticks were very cheesy, just as they should be. The beef and cheddar sandwich was good, but I didn't love the red ranch sauce. The French dip was tasty, but I found the Au Jus to be too salty. The jalapeno bites are perfect if you like spicy food - they are crispy and flavorful. Overall, I would definitely come back and I recommend that you do too.

UPDATE: Followed the link and completed feedback. Did not hear from anyone.I decided against going back to get a refund because it is out of my way and I simply don’t have time. I did share a picture of my receipt when I completed my survey, so they have it.———————-The sandwiches are good, but there are miscommunications and incorrect orders at times. One time I used their app to order and wasn’t informed that the shake machine was down until I was almost there. I did not get a refund for the difference in cost between shakes and sodas. I eventually got that straightened out. Another time I ordered a double roast beef and received a regular size. Today, I was given beef and cheddar sandwiches but I ordered regular roast beef. Will be getting that straightened out next time I roll through town.My last complaint concerns the wait to get fries. Whenever I order straight-cut fries, there’s a wait. They say they don’t keep many on hand. One time I decided to switch up and order curly fries and I still experienced a wait. That never happened even once before the pandemic. Now it’s every single time I go.
