Subway - Allen

So I placed an order in the app and it said it was 10 minutes. So I go in to go on and make the drinks we had 4, I asked the man at the counter when I walk the cups and get the drinks, and he continued to tell me it would not be ready until 5:55, what was 15 minutes ugh ok!!! So I sit at a table where I could see the counter and wait, they had prepared the food in just a few minutes, but he puts the food on the table and let me sit there and wait like rude! And I'm not the shy guy so I cleared my throat and kindly said I'm Sir forgot you that I was waiting here.

It's a subway, they're almost all the same. Use a discount code, otherwise go to Jersey Mikes to get better food at the same price. Also pay for extra meat it is never worth here if you order online, they will not give it to you and you will be the money. On the rare occasion they will make it right, but it feels more like a miracle. Anyone who works here seems to hate it, but again, who could blame them, it's a subway and I doubt that they are well looked after.

I'd give this place if I could. Customer service is terrible. I went to the door and the store had no other customers, but there were two employees who didn't even recognize that I was there and gave no regards until I said hello, how are you today. From there it went downhill when I stood there and waited for one of the two employees to take my order. I literally had to ask someone to take my order. One person counted the register and the other was excessively obliged to attach a label to a container. Neither did I want to take my order, and they argued about who should help me, so I went out. Avoid this place, if possible.

Alex is the person who works there after 3 feet, he says he wants to calculate for 6 separate 6 subways. He was so embarrassing, very rude. I'd rather not go to this place anymore. Vegetarian options: All vegetarian

I did not feel welcomed hereNo interaction besides do u want cheese, toasted? Veggies? Chips and drink?The food didn’t taste right either the veggies had a chemical taste to them bread was hard and very little meat on sandwich. Potbelly’s,Firehouse sub and jersey mikes are much better options if your looking for a tasty sandwich.
