Starbucks - Allen

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The service was just terrible. They didn’t even ask for my name to let me know when my drink was ready. Every time I visit, it feels like my experience doesn't matter. I get the impression that this location doesn’t uphold the Starbucks standards I've come to expect from other shops. I paid $7 for a cookies and cream Frappuccino, and my wife and I were both very disappointed with it.

It is convenient in Market Street grocery store. The workers are kind and good coffee made, what else can you ask?!

As always a beautiful place to relax with family and friend

I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frappuccino. The staff were busy laughing and joking around, which I found distracting. It took 10 minutes for my drink to be prepared, and when I finally got it, it tasted more like diluted milk rather than a frozen treat. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're in a hurry or looking for a good cup of coffee.

The baristas were friendly, but unlike many other locations, they don't offer oatmeal. I asked for a chocolate croissant, which they also didn't have. I ended up ordering a tea and a butter croissant, but they only warmed it up after I mentioned it. Additionally, it's typically the case that if Starbucks doesn't have a certain item, it won't be displayed; however, it was in the display case here, which I found confusing.
