Romeo's Pizza - Allen

Ordered 2 pizzas online their website did not say they use door dash for delivery or i would of gone and picked up our pizzas ourselves. But i gave them the benefit of the doubt and also tipped 20% thinking it was their delivery driver not doordash. Not only did i wait 1hr 1/2 before contacting the restaurant, when i contacted the restaurant they told me my pizza had been sitting waiting for a driver from doordash the whole time. So i asked if i could pick up the pizza myself and they said they would hold it for us. So we drove in the pouring rain to get our pizzas, when we arrived they told us doordash had picked up our pizzas. So we drove back home and waited another 30mins BC the app said the driver was on their way. We called the driver multiple times and they never answered so we called the restaurant again and we were told the driver had just called them stating they had an emergency. We were told our pizza had possibly been stolen by the driver. They did refund our money but that doesnt excuse the fact that we still didnt have dinner and it was now 845 at night. We ended up ordering from another place and picked up. Just disappointed that door dash was not mentioned on the web site, after an hour of our food sitting we never received a call. Never tried the pizza so cant leave a review on that but it will be a while before we give them another chance

Ordered Deep dish. Half everything but bell peppers and onions. other side pepperoni only. I had to tell em 3 times. Got my pizza. half pepperoni was fine. But other half had everything with huge peppers and onions. I payed 50$ for a pizza I can not eat half.

I have never heard of this place. I got a coupon for a free medium pizza to try it. So I try to redeem it today, they said it was only good Mon-Thurs, yet the coupon does not. Since I had someone already headed that way to pick up, I ordered a large Canadian bacon pizza. The other places have stuffed crust they said but not there. Well I got a burnt bacon pizza, not what I ordered and over done. Due to being starving and having a screaming hungry toddler we ate it. Wasn’t worth it. Stick to Papa Johns or Dominoes or the Hut

Friendly staff, food was ready on time. My main issues are their pizzas just don’t match their advertising, and their price is high enough that I expect better than fast food pizza. I ordered a pepperoni feast and their “white” specialty. The pepperoni pizza had what I would expect a standard 1 topping pizza to have in toppings, not close to their own pictures and not worth the premium. Two of the slices had developed a large bubble during cooking and either never had cheese and toppings or they all slid off, as they were totally bare. The white pizza had almost no sauce and toppings either. Listen up pizzerias, there are customers out there that want to give you money, that will pay higher prices, if you would just give them what you advertise. I am continuously disappointed in the pizza offerings in the area.

We ordered online for curbside pickup. It was 20 minutes to pickup. We arrived within that time frame, our pizza was carried out to us immediately.I can’t believe how much pizza we got for $45! I ordered a whole sheet, two cheesy breads and the dessert cinnamon bread for $45!It was a really good pizza, the crust was good and so was the sauce! Really great experience!
