Pluckers Wing - Allen

I celebrated my Valentine’s Day birthday at Pluckers this evening! Everything was perfectly battered and seasoned, and the strawberry lemonade was wonderfully refreshing.

The food was enjoyable once everything arrived, but it appears that the staff could benefit from better training. To sum it up, the training manager really needs to improve their efforts.

I absolutely love Pluckers, and this location has been the best I've visited so far. The service is fantastic and quick, everything is spotless, and the food is, as always, incredible.

Fantastic location, no wait for a table, and excellent service!

We had a delightful experience at the restaurant. I took my whole family out for dinner, and everyone loved the food—no complaints at all! Our beers were served icy cold, with a bit of ice forming on top, which we really appreciated. Our server, Stormy, was fantastic and took excellent care of us. The only downside was that when we arrived, we were informed that the wait would be 20 minutes, but we actually ended up waiting 50 minutes. It seems to be a popular spot, so I would suggest they improve their estimation of wait times. Other than that, everything was great. We're planning to return next week. Thank you, Stormy!
