Crumbl Cookies - Allen

I am sure these people understand their business better than I do. Their cookies are good. But my wife refuses to eat any other cookie other than the s'mores. So if they don't have that one, my wife doesn't buy cookies there. And they won't have it for weeks. The problem for them is , my wife always buys six at a time . It seems they miss sales just because they don't have the right cookies.. and it's not like she checks every week to see.

They only sell the giant cookies; we were told the small ones were for catering only.

So went a couple of weeks ago for my step son and his graduation celebration. The cookies were a hit. I absolutely love the chocolate chip and peanut butter. Which I tried. They make everything right in the store. The cookies are huge. So I can see why the price is higher. I would definitely go back again. The store fronts and inside are cute.

Last night we ordered, again. Never had we had such unsavory cookies from you! They were NOT warm, and one of the 4 was so hard, we couldn’t shove a fork into it! Another, you could tell, came right out of a freezer or fridge. Please deliver what you advertise.

Walked in super busy had to wait for a while it was really busy, the girl at the front was nice and doing so much (she had a butterfly tattoo and blonde hair) while the people in back (emo tall guy and girl with split dyed hair) weren’t doing anything and acted clueless when the girl at the front clearly could’ve used the help.
