Great place for family eating my children enjoying the Spinat dimmer service is always good here to immerse or take out

We visited this restaurant at around 5 PM on 1/21/22 and sat in the bar area since there were only a few customers present. We ordered a chicken pancake and a speckkäseburger with fries. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find out that the onion rings had been removed from the menu due to the pandemic. The cake we ordered arrived at our table cold, so we asked for a replacement, which was almost the same. The crust was soggy and dark, as if it had been reheated under a broiler. The portion size was small and unimpressive. The burger was cold and the fries were also cold. A new batch of fries was brought to our table, but they tasted like frozen food rather than fresh. Despite a coworker's attempt to remedy the situation, the bad customer service prevailed. We hope this was just an isolated incident and will seek out another restaurant in the future for a more satisfying dining experience.

Very tasty eating and excellent staff. princeton was an amazing waiter. very friendly and polite. he remembered our drinks and food orders without having to come back and ask again.

This place has gone too bad! we ordered a lemon pepper white fish, salmon and a sweet plate that comes with baked potato soup. the baked potato soup was like water without potatoes in it. he just took it away without asking if we needed anything else or whether he would replace it. then the Texas tea we ordered was a watered long island. we wanted the baby back ribs and they were out of him at 17 o'clock when the dinner begins! the only reason for 2 stars is that we lemon pepper white fish with small problems. the loaded baked potato, which came as a side, had only cheese and sour looked on it. in the past there was speck and coriander as well as to taste it better. even the cheese was economical. it was good. it has a taste of the last time that we had lost it. probably not back to this.

Ordered a smoke house burger. My fiancé is gluten-free and we ordered it off the gluten sensitive menu. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue with the Allen store. I’m really getting tired of her dinner being wrong every time I order here. Last time, the manager offered to reimburse the meal and sent a gift card via email. Never even happened. Hate this store.
