Little Caesars Pizza - Allegan

Went there and the young man with long hair said I need i told what I needs which was pizzas puff he replied what which was very non customer service make a long story short it was a 45 min wait on pizza puffs witch are hot and ready I replied wheres your worker he replied none of your business young guy we walked out very non customer service place they can not work under stress it’s very seeable non hair nets are worn

The last two times I was there it was an hour wait. The young man 'working as a manager ' spent more time complaining about how short staff they were working and discouraging the customers about the long wait at least half if not more chose to go somewhere else. He kept his staff all upset about how bad things were. No one was getting much done. Three orders were finished sitting on the back counter and it was the customers phone alert that bought it to his attention. Not one thing was stocked in the Hot and Ready case behind the counter. I go there once a week and this is the way it was the last 2 times.

Over an hour to get pizzas that are supposed to be hot n’ ready

Over an hour wait for hot and ready on a Friday night. Has gone very down hill in past year.

The service has become unbearably slow. No organization. Inefficient. It's definitely not an issue of higher demand: the portal is empty and pizzas don't go out the door. Wait times are over an hour.
