‪el Karnak Pastry‬ - القاهرة

Wonderful spot with delicious fresh fish and friendly service. The staff is excellent, especially at the branch run by Mrs. Zaneb. Not sure about the prices at their other locations, but this one is worth a visit.

The roast fish at this restaurant is extremely tasty, along with the cigarettes. The syphirodesyak bone burning is just average, but the machine guns are delicious. The only downside is that the service is a bit slow.
