It started off as a good experience until it wasn’t. I got three chicken kids meals and two four piece chicken meals. I asked to substitute the gravy for nacho cheese and ranch. Using getting my order I checked and they had put gravy in there, I went back and the guy remembered and gave one nacho cheese and one ranch. I went back in with my receipt and asked if I could have my other nacho cheese and ranch. The guy at the window came over and said he gave me the two nacho cheese which I kindly told him he had only gave me one. He proceeded to yell and cuss at me stating he gave me the two nacho cheese. I said well you technically charged me for three he continued to yell and cuss. I asked him if he would like me to bring everything inside so he could see he only gave me one. He continued to yell and cuss as the assistant manager just stood there without intervening or saying anything. I then asked for a refund and went to grab all the food and drinks. I put everything on the counter the assistant manager gave me my refund. Not once did he apologize for the way his employee treated me or anything. I asked for the manager or higher ups numbers but don’t feel like they took me serious. This was NOT the way to treat a customer over some nacho cheese. I gave them all the gravy back and just simply wanted what I had asked for and paid for. I will NOT be back here if I’m passing through again.

When ordering an item with no cheese and add bacon don't give the item with cheese because it fits your menu.

We are coming back to San Antonio from McAllen and stopped in for a bite before getting back on the road. Very clean, food was fresh and the employees have awesome customer service. They made sure to interact with every single customer that walked in and we were there for at least 30 minutes, enjoying our meal. Also very attentive. Keep up the good work!

We went through the drive-thru so I can 't say much about the atmosphere, however, I 'm sure it was great because the drive-thru service was great.Our food was delicious, I rarely treat myself to a burger and fries since I have to watch my weight but I decided to have the hunger buster meal and my granddaughter had the jalitos burger meal. We both agreed that our food was really,really good. There 's not much you can say about a burger but, for some reason, these burgers really hit the spot and took care of our hunger. The fries were crispy but not greasy. I was impressed that the server flipped the blizzards since they rarely do that, nowadays.Thanks Dairy Queen, for a very tasty meal ?.
