Friendly staff good pinse and with raw material quality (negative note not possible to change them) burgers to compose in particular mode, good sweet nothing that - environment ideal for big companies

We are family of 4, ate in this lovely restaurant twice, people who work there are so nice to us, they even let us in without reservation, I highly recommend this restaurant if you are near Alice Castello area.

This was an amazing Italian experience. The food was so fabulous. Pizza was absolutely amazing. Light and crunchy crust due to the flour. A combination of rice flour and Farro. We had a big celebratory dinner with around 60 people and they were able to accommodate us. Excellent service and friendly staff. Good food and wine. Bellisimo. I will definitely go again on my next visit to Italy.

Our group of friends told us to try this new pizza called pinsa (similar to the normal pizza but crunchy and light)because it is made out of a different flour. They serve the pinza on a chopping board with the pizza cutter. We had the Calabrese pinsa with anduja and eggplant and schiacciata Calabrese with salame and stracchino .Light bread fritters for appetizers were amazing! The pizza was still pretty good even when it was no longer warm. Try the fritto mista as well( fried seafood platter) light and delicious. We are coming back to this pinsa restaurant again.
