Chowking - Aliang

The Chowking restaurant is located in a bustling area in Cavite. Parking might be challenging, especially on busy days like weekends. The restaurant can get crowded, as we experienced when we visited on a Saturday. Despite the busy atmosphere, the place is well-maintained and clean overall. However, the restroom could use some extra cleaning.

The beef dumplings were unseasoned and had an odd flavor. The pork bun and mixed dessert were delicious. If I return, I will not choose a noodle entree.

My wife and I frequently dine at this restaurant when we are in town shopping. While it may not be high-end cuisine, the food is consistently good quality and the service is prompt. You place your order at the counter, grab a seat, and the waitstaff will bring your order to your table.

The service lasted a little longer, about 30 minutes. But the servers are nice enough to make sure.

The beef mami was bland and had a weird after taste. The pork siopao and halo halo was good. If I go again, I will not be ordering a noodle dish.
