Subway - Alhambra

I just left this location after standing in front of three people working and not one of them took the time to acknowledge myself or my daughter standing there for a good 3 minutes. They were all doing something but there was no hello,we will be with you in a few nothing there was just eye contact made despite us being the only one's in there.. No customer service at all!!! I just left.

The service was excellent, the lady who served me was very friendly and the food was prepared with love. The ONLY DOWNCONVENIENCE was that they now covered the trays where we could see the meats and the state they were in and I understand that it is supposedly so that the cold does not exhaust and keep it at a more stable temperature but at least make it transparent or in some way that can be opened or closed. The experience of preparing your Subway is being able to see all the ingredients that you will put in it.

Rude ! Rude! The woman who helped me did not want to unwrap my sandwich because I wanted to add something . She was very annoyed with me and she made it a point to show it. It was on rhursday around 12:00

Bad customer service, they don't answer the phoneI was trying to call them to cancel my order but they never answer the phone. Will not recommend this location.

Ordered a sandwich from here through uber eats, the added raw bacon the sandwichIf you hate your job go get a new one. This could make people sick.Literally cold and slimmy sandwhich
