Wendy's - Algonquin

No one is wearing gloves when handling food. Thats beyond disgusting touching people food with your hands. Super slow ordering for people in the restaurant.

I went through the drive thru. The man who helped me was very nice. There was a car at the window in front of me. It moved up to the door. I assumed it was waiting for an order to be brought out. I paid for the order moved up to the door. The young lady inside was carrying a bag but didn't seem to know what to do. Anyway I loved the breakfast menu items I got. And the people were nice.

Ordered what was called a homestyle chicken. Instead of correcting me that they no longer sell this burger haven’t eaten at Wendy’s in a while) they gave me a chicken burger… breaded … with pickles on it! I’m not a breaded burger person and pickles on chicken sandwich well I won’t go there!

Service was horrible, drive through no one said anything just gave us the food didn’t even say the total. No straw, missing a drink and the sauce I asked for. I love Wendy’s the one by Santa’s village has better service and I mostly see teen workers.

For a fast food meal Wendy's are the best in my opinion with options for any meal. Conveniently located on a Tollway interchange attached to a gas station.
