Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

The burgers and bottomless fries are good but the restaurant is so understaffed. The crew was great but there were just not enough people to run a full restaurant. Red Robin needs to hire more staff and pay them better. Typical aging chain restaurant.

Our server, Dave, was an AMAZING, above and beyond attentive, and extremely nice!! He was on top of everything before we could ask, was always keeping an eye out without being lingering. One of the best servers, no, THE BEST server I’ve had in YEARS!! Such a refreshing experience to have such wonderful service, in a relaxing and inviting atmosphere that was actually very clean!! Thanks to Dave for making our dinner that much more enjoyable and making me a custom “NEAPOLITAN” shake!!!
