Bidrage med feedbackI went this past Friday, 11/3. It was buy one get one free sandwich day. The store was SO busy! There were 5 total employees that I personally saw. Every one of them were working hard, as quickly as they could with a 30+ minute back up and they were all pleasant, professional and courteous. I myself had a large order and I waited for the rush to settle before ordering.I cannot rave enough about their amazing patience, skills and personalities!! I will absolutely be returning and the employees on staff that day deserve something as a bonus for their efforts that day!!To the Potbelly Algonquin restaurant Well done, all of you!
Marissa is incredible. For our office luncheon, I was instructed to use leftover gift cards 12 of them, to be precise. I knew this was going to be a pain in the butt for the store, so I called and spoke with Marissa. She assured me that she would handle the situation personally. Our order was scheduled to be delivered at 11:30 and it was on time and delicious. Marissa said that she would not be in the store until 3pm, at which time she would handle the payment methods. I got a call from her at 6:48pm letting me know that she was having difficulties, but that she would figure it out. 30 minutes later, she called back to let me know that the situation was resolved. Marissa went out of her way to make sure that our experience was exactly what we needed it to be. She never made me feel bad about using all the Visa gift cards and she deserves a raise. Just my opinion as a repeat customer. THANK YOU, Marissa for going above and beyond for us!
Every single time I come there they won’t be busy, but they act like there’s multiple people in line. They rush through the sandwich, but most recently. I was just there and it was the complete opposite guy did not know what he was doing. Got back home most of my condiments not on the sandwich so I called up there. Spoke to one of the employees may be the manager. She said she was going to look to and pull up my order back then just left me on hold until I hung up Will not be going back to this location terrible customer service!! My Girlfriend and I drive out of our way an extra 25 minutes to come to this location! The employees are very pleasant and make ordering a breeze, the sandwiches have more care put into them and they use the amount of ingredients you expect to receive for the price!! The lobby and kitchen is always very clean and tidy!! All around best potbelly in the business!!!! 5 stars for sure!!!!
I understand that managing a store can be difficult. However, the “store manager” should not be yelling at staff all of the time. And when asked why he was yelling at his staff, he thought it would be a good opportunity to try to explain the difference between direction and yelling. Well as a former manager, I could not tell the difference. His refusal to provide a corporate number was also unacceptable. Next time he should go yell in a cooler like the rest of us.
