Bidrage med feedbackThis place is opposite of Grounds. Come regularly since they opened first day and getting popular. Beautiful fresh soup noodles pork roll with friendly price for locals and nice settings. If you want some additional food, water, bean shoot to be cooked or something else, best to tell when they serve you the food. They are not really organised but willing to assist you and polite/friendly customer service
The Bún Bò Huế (spicy beef noodles) was tremendous. Soup had such a delicate flavor balanced with spices and a subtle kick of chilli on the end, complimented with tender beef and crisp vermicelli noodles. The variations of Pho with rare or slow cooked beef also proved to be the traditional crowd pleaser most seek to satiate in their Vietnamese food cravings. Tender pork belly mince skewers to make your own spring rolls at the table, this place is a hidden gem not be left undiscovered.
I have this pork belly banh mi of pholosphy for $9 while I waited for my coffee at south dowling sandwiches to be made next door. the quality was surprisingly high, good aromas and a good mix of vegetables. no shortcuts were taken, but the price was extremely steep. I have never paid $9 for a banh mi, and I think they can get something similar from most places for a few dollars cheaper.
Very beautiful Vietnamese restaurant. good pho, beautiful crispy skin huh and good early rolling. sitting is a little unpleasant. service is fast and friendly
The bark in the pho was thin, but had been cooked in a mass instead of broken up, so some parts were brown and other very red (after a past in the broth, they worked well though). the whole bark was exceptionally delicate and tasty, and the broth had a good taste, so I would rate the 2nd best pho in sydney this year. the crab and black feather rolls were also good, although the price for them seems somewhat high in contrast to the pho, which is favorable at $12 for most parts of sydney, but an absolute bargain in alexandria.
