The staffs customer service was everything esp the young man at the front register. He went above and beyond making our smoothies. They were the best smoothies we've ever received from TS. Kudos to those working the closing shift on Sunday night 10/1. You did awesome and deserve a raise.

The family that runs this franchise is super classy and hard working. The peanut butter paradise with whey protein and oats never misses! Also, they hire some fun and energetic young kids. One of my favorite businesses near my house!

I was not sure what to expect after reading the reviews. However, I think people might have just ordered the wrong thing. The Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap was delicious!! It was pretty spicy so be warned! The smoothie was the perfect compliment to the spice of my wrap. Not to mention they have fresh fruit as a side option! Order a sandwich without chicken and no tomato. It’s a favorite of mine so I know how it’s made and comes. When ordering I had reminded her two or three times that I said no tomatoes and no chicken. When I saw them making it with chicken I reminded her I asked for no chicken, I assume she’s new which is perfectly understandable. She started picking the chicken off which is fine I truly don’t care that much but the sandwich is pressed afterwards to melt everything together. I didn’t get that. It was folded and handed to me as if she didn’t know who the order was for. If you are irritated because I made you pick off the chicken like I asked for in the first place so you decide to not finish the sandwich.. why am I spending money here? Was the entire place new because there was no helping each other and checking mistakes before they go out the door? Did no one care because it was an hour before leaving? Like I’m just at a loss for words as to why I was treated with little care.
