Bidrage med feedbackThe food here is delicious. We had a hankering for Naples style pizza after our trip to Italy and this place hit the spot. Recommend calling ahead on Friday nights.
RedRocks was the perfect choice for an evening patio spot on King Street, and it was evident that everyone else thought so too as the place was continuously packed. If you’re in the mood for great atmosphere and even better pizza, head to Red Rocks in Old Town, or find them Arlington and DC on H Street and in Columbia Heights.
Had the margharita pizza flavor was excellent, but crust was soggy! Overall experience was good enuf to give a second chance.
For lunch, this place is great! They were quick for service and very friendly. The food was really good as well for the $10 lunch. Recommended if you have a quick min to sit down and grab something to eat or linger people watching.
Love this place. RedRocks was the first restaurant I tried when I moved to Alexandria a few months ago... and even though it is a pizza place, it is still my go to place for a casual night out. The cheese is what does it for me, fresh and high quality. The crust is crunchy and delicious try the spicy olive oil with it yumm . The Caesar salad dressing is light and to die for. <br/ <br/ Ive read other reviews about service... I have never had a bad service experience. If anything they were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable about the menu and gave great advice of what to order. <br/ <br/ And lastly, I have read other reviews about the bottom of the pizza being soggy... in retrospect I guess it is soggy... but I have been to some of the best pizza places in New York and Chicago where the crust was soggy and people loved it. I think it is just the amount of fresh ingredients they use in combination was the chunks of fresh mozzarella vs cheap shredded cheese. <br/ <br/ All in all, it is a great place.
