&pizza Kingstowne - Alexandria

Wife was craving pizza, and she has been here before so she selected this spot for dinner. For me, this was my first time here! This is a pizza spot, where you select your toppings (like subway) We came here on 6 Aug, and I ordered the White pizza and added: Chicken Jalapeños For the drink: Mango Passion Fruit The pizza was good for the most part, but next time I will see if they can cook it a little longer. I noticed that some areas of the pizza you could tell was kind of mushy/soft towards the middle as some reviewers have mentioned The Mango Passion Fruit drink was good, with a slight hint of bubbly action I wish they had more sides to order vs knots... Like maybe wings or something. For the most part, the pizza was good... If I am back in the area, I would stop in, but wouldn 't go out of my way.

Shahid is the nicest dude ever gives really good service. His employees are nice as well and very helpful

Quick pit stop as I haven 't been in months! Greeted when I walked in and they thankfully had patience as I literally stared at the menu for two minutes. Clean, quick, and efficient so for that, I give 5 stars. They made sure to double check what I had asked for on my pizza before putting on the toppings and if I was satisfied with what I meant by extra cheese before placing into the oven.

I am giving it two stars because the pizza always tastes pretty darn good. I am frustrated with the service. The employees are really skimpy on the toppings. They often put the sauce in the middle and don't get anywhere near the edges. They usually put very little cheese even when told cheese is really the only topping. They are often out of ingredients. They've been out of vegan cheese, beef meatballs, and truffle sauce. When I've ordered online the pizza toppings are definitely skimpier. Also, I'll get notification that my pizza is ready for pick up, but when I go in, it isn't ready or they messed up and have to make me a new one...while my other pizza gets cold. I almost wonder if it's just better to drive to the mall and order there. The employees are very unapologetic about mistakes or lacking certain items. Like I said, the pizza is tasty, and if my kids didn't love it so much I wouldn't go here at all.
