Chuck E. Cheese's - Alexandria

We had an amazing 9th birthday party for my granddaughter, Nirvana. The host was very accommodating and friendly. The kids had a wonderful time. My sister ordered the Italian chicken ciabatta sandwiches, and they were delicious. The dining room and restroom were clean. We would definitely recommend this place for a children's birthday party!

Every year, I take my son to Chuck E. Cheese for his birthday, and we drive an hour and a half to get there. The staff is always pleasant, polite, and attentive! I've been to five-star restaurants that don't match the level of service we receive at Chuck E. Cheese in Alexandria, LA!

I really enjoyed taking my granddaughter to a safe place where she could eat, play, and have fun with Chuck E. Cheese. It was wonderful to see her dancing and enjoying herself! Thank you! - Papa Coach

Very disappointed in the Chuck E. Cheese in Alexandria, La. Had a free tmobile Tuesday personal pan pizza. When i areived around 6pm they told me they are out of the personal pans for awhile. Wow sounds like bait and switch to me. I left and may never return.

Brought my granddaughter, Rachel, for a back to school celebration. She is 10 but still enjoys!! She gets a lot of tickets because she has mastered the games lol! Went right after school, so it was not crowded at all. Good time to go. I was so pleased by the service we received. I got the salad bar that was fresh and delicious and my granddaughter got wings that were perfect. The front girl that waited on us, the other male that checked on us, and even the poor guy at the counter waiting patiently on my granddaughter to decide what prizes to get for her 700 plus tickets...they were all wonderful! Manager went around checking all machines to make sure in proper working order. Have never seen this in all the times I have been there. Nothing more frustrating than to insert coin (now scan card) and nothing happens. Thank you all for a great experience. Alexandria, La!!
