Chick-fil-a - Alexandria

Worst experience in 30 years at a Chick fil a, both food and customer service. The workers (3 guys) were more interested in talking with the car of 4 girls for 5-10 minutes before sending them forward and taking our order. When we got to our food thefries they contained many burnt ones and the nuggets lacked flavor. Visit another location.

99% of the time they are great. Which I guess is a pretty good rating. Since 2018. I have only had one person be rude, and my sandwich order be wrong 3 times. (it had tomatoes and I'm allergic) Everyone is always nice and friendly. Some are happier andskipping in line when they take orders. It really does make it a better experience. When at most other places, people seem tohate their life when you try to be pleasant to them. I wish they would open one in Pineville. Overall, my food is always hot, ittastes amazing and the line moves quickly. Reward points are great too!!!

Defines the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever had. it's lines great long when I'm in the position before 10:30 clock until after 10:30 clock, they don't let me order the breakfast. the headquarter must really take control of who runs this website. sometimes they will go and they will be closed during normal business hours. they often get my orders wrong. it's just terrible.

The food and service is great. however, im giving this chick fil a one star because they treat their employees terribly. i have heard horror stories from someone who has worked at this location, and not just your typical fast food complaints. management does not respect their employees. as a christian, seeing this kind of treatment from a “christian” business is absolutely appalling and unacceptable. if you want chicken, just go to raising canes.

I've honestly given this place more chances than I should since it's the closest one to us. Everytime we come we end up being told to pull into a spot and then completely forgotten about. I usually give them about 15-20 mins depending on the day, because I understand that things are difficult for everyone right now, but this is just crazy. It's been 6 separate visits over the past four months with the same exact experience. I'll just get my fix when I go home to visit family from now on, because it's not worth the hassle anymore.
