Afghan Kabob - Alexandria

Excellent dining area. Dining area has multiple private booths that are very nice and cozy. I'm a big fan of afghan kabob houses and have been a Food Corner addict (Annandale, VA) but this place is definitely on my top 5 list. Excellent food. Very fresh and tender and large portions. Excellent for those looking to dine in at a place that has a decent atmosphere which enjoying the same afghan food offered by hole in the wall places.

My girlfriend and I went here last week. I was really impressed with the inside. They are trying for a very upscale atmospheric. Many chandeliers and a fire made this place different in a good way. It wasn't the same old thing. because they just opened they offered us free soup. My main dish was the Afghan Carrayee with Lamb and it was fantastic. They served nan with it and when it was almost done they gave us a new huge one. The bathrooms were very clean along with

Disappointing. The mantu did not have a yogurt sauce on it, the bread was thin like peta. The salata was delicious and very fresh, made with tasty tomatoes, and some jalapeños, although it had no or almost no cilantro. Service was fine, price was reasonable, food was packadd appropriately, they included utensils and napkins.

Very bad food it looks like leftover food and cold I will never come again I'm not going to to recommend it to anyone
