The service was slow and it’s typical chain food. That’s the only reason I give it 4 stars. This breaks my norm of always eating at local places because it was Thanksgiving Day and we’re traveling and everything else was closed. I will say though that the waitress was very nice, the food was as ordered and it came out hot. So those are the reasons for the higher rating.
From the drinks menu I ordered a Guinness then when the server finally returned from a consultation with the bartender I was told no Guinness. I ordered another tap beer, not available, after the third not available the bartender herself came out to tell me that the menu lied, most of the drinks were not available. The salad bar was oddly laid out. Many items were so far back I had to stoop to get my arm far enough in to get a small spoonful of the item. There were no mushrooms or onions. Mushrooms and onions are basic to a salad bar.
Let me start by saying our server (Stephanie) was AWESOME!! This review is not directed towards her in any way, shape or form We should have looked at the reviews before stopping. The experience started off as soon as we walked in the door. The salad bar is right in front of the doorway. When we walked in (about 4PM on a Sunday) there were 3 or 4 tables with customers. I guess that should have been my first clue. We asked the hostess (Fran) for a booth. There were dozens open. She took us to the farther part/corner of the room. I asked if we could get closer to the salad bar (my wife is handicapped and uses a walker). Fran told us that was the best she could do because these other sections are closed . WHAT?? This is the customer service you give to someone with a disability?? From that point the rest of the experience was unimportant. I was already pissed. It 's very sad in this day and age that a company would treat someone with a disability this way. It would have killed NO ONE to put us in a booth closer to the salad bar for my wife to be able to get to easily. Perhaps this is why so many Ruby Tuesdays are closing. Either way, we won 't be back, and Fran should be ashamed of herself treating a disabled person the way she did. I hope no one in her family ever becomes disabled
The customer service in this place is horrible and the food is awful! It came cold, tasteless and you hardly see the server. The worst of all is the manager! That man is so freaking rude! Waste of time and waste of money is what I call this place!
