Taco Bell - Alexander City

I ordered 2 of the #2's 3 soft shell taco supremes and a large drink and they forgot one of the drinks. There were several orders placed besides mine my son. And, is it just me or has the taste of their meat changed? They don't taste as good as they used to. Now my issue with the messed up drive thru line. I don't know who's idea it was to block off the drive thru entrance when you first pull into the parking lot, but they weren't too bright. Why on earth do you have to drive all the way around the building past the drive thru menu, windows etc just to be able to access the drive thru line now?

The service is terrible and the employees were rude
