Firetruckbbq - Alexander City

First time eating here! Everything was good! My ribs were awesome! Will stop again when we are in Alex city!

Simple yet well done BBQ. The pulled pork sandwich was good and they have a variety of sides that aren’t usually at a bbq joint. Cabbage, purple hull peas and several casseroles.

Tried it for the first time and it was ok not great. The one issue was that the unsweetened tea was basically water. I mentioned it to the lady behind the counter and she and another lady checked it but didn't do anything about it.Also we went in at noon and the place was empty. I would expect it would have been full if the locals liked it.

The food at Firetruck BBQ is always delicious! This is my favorite place in Alex City to get a veggie plate and the only place my husband will get ribs. They have the best Mac and cheese in town! Their loaded potato casserole is a must.

Thursday Friday Catfish was awesome. Huspuppies too. Service was great and everyone was so friendly.
