I travel a lot for work and what I look for in a Hotel and in a Restaurant are the Reception of the Environment and the Genuineness of the Foods. I've been around the world for a few years and here I find myself at home: the food is great and beyond the professionalism of people, I found pleasantness in eating in a room where there is no lack of courtesy and smiles. I tried different dishes and the freshness of food is always a certainty. The excellent taste of every different course shows the care with which the staff performs their work. We participated in the Dinner with delicious, fixed menu. As soon as we arrive we ask if we can have two different types of wine and the maid answers us with a dry NO. It is not up to being the restaurant of a 4* hotel, a septic location, it is practically a corner of the lobby and seems to be inside a shopping mall. Hotel restaurant, good and well executed dishes. Fast service. Location quite cold; the presence of tablecloths would improve the mise en place.
