Mi Casa Mexican Cuisine - Aledo

I wasn't expecting delicious food like this when I walked in.The tables were empty there was one guy up front sitting at the bar, a girl on a laptop at a tablein the back and a cook that ran to the back when we walked in.... but within 15 minutes everything changed. We had our drinks and our order in.... at about 30 minutes our food was being delivered and all of it was fantastic. The Mi Casa platter was perfect... my tostada was a little soft... but I mixed it into my beans and rice and ate it on the chips.. delicious. My wife had veggie enchiladas and said that I should try them, they were great!! I will be back to give them more money when I'm in town. Thanks for the excellent service and food!!!

I always get Chicken Fajitas when trying a new place so I can compare quality. This place deserves 10 stars.
