Joe's Pizza Pasta - Aledo

We love Joe's, the food here is sooooo good. It's local and its amazing. It's our go to for pizza!

The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. They were understaffed and very busy, which I understand, but they were extremely rude. I work for Uber Eats and had to pick up an order at this location. When I received the order and got in my car, it spilled all over because it wasn't closed properly. I brought it back in and explained what happened, but the employee just shook her head and didn't speak to me for a minute. She implied that it was my fault for not sealing it correctly. When I asked for napkins to clean up my car, she refused to give me any and I had to get some from the bathroom. The order was thrown away and not remade, and I was only refunded, essentially losing money. If you order from this place, make sure your order is properly sealed, because they won't remake it if it spills.

Mediocre pizza, mediocre service. If the crust on our pizza was any thinner, I would have used it as the napkins they seemed so unwilling to provide. The topping were good, but I had to eat them off my plate with a fork when the slice fell apart. An overall mid experience, in an unnecessary dim restaurant.
