Mai's Vietnamese - Aldergrove Langley

I must say, the bathroom is quite amusing! The faucet is fun to use, and the cleanliness is commendable. The staff is incredibly friendly and provides excellent service. It's no surprise that this restaurant has been voted the Best of the Best Vietnamese restaurant in Langley for several years running. I highly recommend this place!

I decided to try the house special stir fry on crispy noodles. Honestly, I'm glad I didn't read the reviews beforehand, or I might have missed out on this dish. It was a generous portion of steaming, delicious vegetables and beef in a classic Chinese gravy, all served over crispy noodles. I really enjoyed it! I will definitely return to explore more of their menu. I'm a big eater, and although the prices here are slightly higher than some other places, I still think it's a good value. Thanks for the experience!

Mai's has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Langley. The food is consistently fresh and tasty, and the service is always welcoming. They offer fantastic vegan options, with the tofu vermicelli bowl being one of my top picks. The spring rolls and salad rolls are also must-tries!

The food is fantastic, but the restaurant was so crowded that Manuel and I had to wait 20 minutes before the servers finally arrived to take our order.

We have been loyal patrons for the past year, but regrettably, we are now looking for a different Vietnamese restaurant. This shift is primarily due to the decrease in portion sizes and food quality. At first, the servings were adequate for one person, but over time, I've found myself needing to order large portions, and even then, it often isn't enough. As someone who typically struggles to finish large meals at other restaurants, it's disheartening to find myself hungry again shortly after returning home. The soup has become significantly more diluted, and they now include only a few pieces of meat. On a brighter note, their service has consistently been excellent. I sincerely hope they consider this feedback, as it’s important for them to retain their customers.
