Bidrage med feedbackWe held a drink here on the way back from a walk to the marina. it was 90 degrees and very humid and we were very thirsty. we took place and sat there for 20 minutes watching how the waiters tried to lay tables in a strong brise that was amusing to say least, but what was not so amusing was the fact that we were totally ignored. At some point, someone came by, who we assumed as own, and he treated us as if we had dissolved before the opening of the place, suddenly he had forgotten how to speak English. Anyway, we decided not to eat there, so just ordered a few drinks that finally arrived after another 15 minutes waiting. in the meantime, we enjoyed watching the carnage before us, as tables overrun and the 2 waiters tried to move tables further. can not comment on eating because the service was so appalling, we decided to miss it.
After a look to eat somewhere heading to another place where others were seduced by the owner to eat. I prefer other lively places inhabited by native! at least 4 baguettes with different fillings. the tomatoes were a paste. brot tasty. the chips had to be forgotten. it filled a hole we agreed. I won't remember.
During the visit in p. alcudia for lunch. that was a very satisfied price! they have a very cheap menu del dia and the a la carte is also cost-effective. many local, including many construction workers who had lunch here. the personal is friendly and efficient.
This place was nice to eat, I visited this place 4 times during my vacation, eating was very fast and the workers were friendly to me and my family. I get the food here very well.
Just had the most amazing lunch. Menu del dia on a Sunday for €14 each. I've had loads of these before and they are renowned for being good value for money but this one was special. First, the whole place (about 70 people) were Spanish....Obviously this is always a good sign of where's best to go. So what's included? Full 1.5 litre bottle of ice cold mineral water, 500ml bottle diet lemonade, whole bottle of Rioja.... Bread with Ali Oli to have whilst you decide what you want. I had paella to start which was enormous. Filled with prawns, mussels, chicken, crabs legs and peppers. It was lush although I only ate half because it was so big. My wife chose salad which was loaded with king prawns and smoked salmon. She said it was delicious. She also couldn't eat it all as it was such a healthy portion size. So far so good but it got better. We both opted for the pork tenderloin in 5 pepper secret sauce. It was amazing. Again really good size portions and the sauce was the best peppercorn I have ever had. The lightly fried potatoes that came with it were a perfect accompaniment to mop up all the sauce. Needless to say, both plates were demolished. Thinking we would only get the standard ice cream for desert, we were then offered chocolate tart, cheesecake or a local creme caramel kind of cake. The wife had the chocolate of course which she said was really good. I had the local pudding which was finished despite nearly being in a food coma by this point. Throughout the whole meal, the staff were attentive and pleased to make you feel very welcome. If you ever come to alcudia, make the 5 minute walk from the beach to this place for probably the best meal of your holiday.
