Love this place...Maria is the best. Food is delicious and service is above average. Eat here 3 times a week.

We were at 'a da praceta ' a couple of times during our stay in Tavira. It has a pleasant outside seating area. On one occasion, lunch time, we had great fresh fruit juices and smoothies and very tasty and satisfying toasted sandwiches. On another visit, for tea, we enjoyed a variety of delicious cakes and pastries. We always brought back to the hotel a box of assorted sweets typical of the Algarve. The service was very friendly and courteous. And, last but not least, the prices are ridiculously low compared to those we pay back home. Highly recommended.
