El Celler De Joan - Alcoi

Very close to the town hall, in the city centre El Celler de Joan serves very good typical dishes. The plate of tapas is between 5 and 6 Euros but they are generous and especially tasty. There is artichoke, squid, fried potatoes, grilled fish... The dishes are simple but of good quality and served generously with aioli and typical tomato sauce. The waiters are lovely and patient. You will feel at home in no time! Important to notice: they do not accept credit cards as of January 2016. But there are very accommodating and offered us to come back the following day to pay...

Tomamos arroz con pulpo y alcachofas. Sencillamente espectacular. Entrantes muy buenos, y un precio para volver a probar otros platos. Reservar con tiempo, que el sitio es muy pequeño.

Comida espectacular después de un concierto. Totalmente recomendables los arroces, hoy toco el arroz con bogavante. Fantastico tanto el precio como la atención. Hay que reservar con tiempo.

Fue todo un acierto la elección, Joan hace que te sientas como en casa, cercano, atento y muy amable. El arroz con bogavante excelente y contundente, salimos de allí hasta arriba de comida y con dos tuppers. Excelente relación calidad precio. Volveremos
