El Caragol Arroceria - Alcoi

This restaurant is a little bit hidden in de old town. It is placed within the thick walls. A special place to be. We had the paella marinada and this was a very good one, full of shrimps, clamps and squid. Very helpfull staff. I can recommend this restaurant!

We had a business lunch here and found the food to be fantastic. We ordered a fresh tomato salad which was huge and wonderfully prepared with white onions and dried fish. A colleague had a fantastic tempura vegetable starter. For the main course we had a cod, cauliflower and garlic paella. Cheesecake with fig sauce for dessert was also wonderful. Utterly fantastic food. Wonderful modern decor and settings. Our waiter on was excellent, professional and kind.

Good food and quality of ingredients. Very nice place, an old cast iron with high arch ceilings and good acoustics. Good service.

Una excelente comida, bien presentada, diferente pero deliciosa cocina. ¡Felicitaciones, cocinero! el trato es un lugar grande, tranquilo y acogedor, se puede hablar sin necesidad de elevar su voz. precio según calidad, incluso debajo de lo que podría costar en otro restaurante.
