Zaxby's Restaurant - Alcoa

I have eaten at many other Zaxby's location and this is by far the best and clean location where I have eaten. I never had 1 bad experience when it comes to customer service, hot food and in a timely way. Even if they are really busy, the service is pretty fast. The restaurant remains clean and sanitary all day. The staff is really kept to a high standard and they almost always go to my table and ask how things are every time. Go on what you do!

The food was very good and the service was great. It wasn't long waiting and lunch on Sunday.

It was honestly good, service could've been better but atleast they don't complain to your face. Drink machine was clean, food was warm and fresh. Also the drive thru really slows don't to about 25min when it's close to closing

Thanks for lunch. She lost our ticket and our food lasted another seven minutes to refund all our money. Great customer service!

Had a great walk in order out experience. Cannot say enough how good the food is, but the prices make it hard to eat there frequently. Such a wonderful staff this trip in. Offered everything with patience for my lack i knowledge of the menu.
