En pleno centro de Alcalá la Real, se encuentra este Bar-Restaurante enclavado en uno de los edificios histórico de la ciudad, las llamadas casas de enfrente . El interior no es muy grande, pero lo mejor es su terraza, que dá a la Plaza principal del pueblo, con unas magnificas vistas al Ayuntamiento, pósito y alhondigas. Si vas a la hora del almuerzo o aperitivo, tendrás que armarte de paciencia esperando a que te tomen nota de la comanda, ya que a esa hora tanto el interior como la terraza se pone de bote en bote . Por la mañana también se abre para desayunos y hacen unos churros riquísimos. La carta no es muy amplia, pero la especialidad son las roscas rellena de un montón de ingredientes que puedes elegir al gusto. La cervezas la sirven en jarras heladas, y los precios a pesar de ser un sitio céntrico y concurrido no son nada caros. Recomendable si quieres disfrutar de una cocina sin complicaciones y sobre todo estar distraído viendo todo el movimiento de la plaza.

Llevo unos pocos años yendo a Alcalá y me encantan los churros pero como en la Plazhita ningunos, es su especialidad.
