El Encin Golf - Alcalá de Henares

I am amazed at some of the negative reviews for this restaurant. We were there a Monday night which is arguably the worse night of the week for any restaurant. There was a full menu including the fixed price menu. The service was very good and the food was excellent. I had a very good entrecote at a very reasonable price. y wife had the menu which was also very good. There were other guests in the restaurant that also sounded very happy. I had earlier had a drink in the bar which was served courteously. Either these guys have improved drastically in a short space of time or you get treated according to how you behave. We had just come from 5 weeks in France and so were not going to be easily impressed!!

Lets start with the fee good things. At the reception the people are kind. The suite was clean. But... They are not intrested in holiday guests only in business congress people. The breakfast is really owefull. After 2 mornings We had breakfast in town. The food is bad, only instant coffee No cappacino, presentation terrible. The breakfast room is a little space behind the main restaurant. Swimmingpool open at 12 in the afternoon! Beautyfull pool but it is a mess. The cafetaria (clubhouse of the golf) don't serve cappacino and the personal is unkind. The food not very good. The golfcourse is good so it is a good place to play only golf. Also good practice facilities. But watch out for the flags on the puttinggreen it is full of glassfibbles and I hurt my hand badly.

Habitaciónes muy bien. Sitio muy relajante y tranquilo. Servicio bueno

Campazo, muy cuidado todo, unos greenes divertidisimos. Por ponerle una critica constructiva, me gustaria ver mejor señalizado desde la casa club, donde esta cada hoyo. Me tocó empezar en el 3 en un campeonato, y di varias vueltas hasta que lo encontré. Muy incómodo por la tarde la cantidad de mosquitos

Un lugar idóneo para celebraciones. Amplios salones con inmejorables vistas.Trato atento y profesional del personal ,especialmente de Ana y Mario, que cuidan hasta el último detalle para que todo salga a la perfección.
