Alby sur Cheran: a village out of time in Haute-Savoie.
We're going for his wood fire pizza, but not just. Very good kitchen and nice setting. Attention, booking almost obligatory because the room is small. This lack of space is largely palliated, in beautiful season, by the large terrace.
Good for the restaurant! Very nice waitress, but for pizza orders, 8 pm it's already too late to order some Saturdays.... It's a shame to oblige us to go to competition!
Amazed, pizzas are well made, just not too much for our taste because we prefer pasta a little thicker. It’s just a tale of taste.
