Wendy's - Albuquerque

I ordered lunch through the Wendy's mobile app, and I was pleased with the experience. The drive-thru line was short and moved quickly. The French fries were hot and fresh, just as promised. The staff was friendly, efficient, and well-organized. My Wendy's single hamburger was also hot, fresh, and made exactly as I requested. Surprisingly, the restaurant wasn't crowded for a Friday afternoon during the school year, which was a nice change. There’s plenty of free customer parking available, especially since metered parking is in effect on the streets and in the paid lots at the UNM main campus. The restaurant looked freshly renovated, and the prices were very affordable.

Abraham is doing an outstanding job! He took my order perfectly and has impressive customer service skills. I can’t wait to return. I truly hope that management recognizes the valuable employee they have in Abraham. I’d love to see him in a management position. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his work and his customers.

Normally don’t see workers nowadays as kind as the worker named Moses. Although he was just doing his job he went above and beyond to treat us with kindness and respect. That man definitely deserves a promotion!!!

The chili and fries are fantastic! The new Frostee Chino is a refreshing iced mocha, available in chocolate or vanilla. I haven't tried the vanilla yet.

Came to get fries and a chocolate frosty and they were both superb. Hot, salty, crispy fried and the frosty was perfect too!
