Bidrage med feedbackFirst getting a table, if you are planning to go from 18h-19:30h you should make a reservation. Being a hotel steakhouse with a large assortment of cuts to choose from I was skeptical how everything would taste. In the end we ended up ordering the Tomahawk (feeds 2), NY Strip, Tenderloin, and Ribeye. When our mains arrived I was pleasantly surprised not only with the presentation but the quality and seasoning of each meat. Sides were plentiful, I recommend the mashed potatoes, truffle mac cheese, and spinach. Moving towards desert, we ended up going with the brownie cookie and cheesecake. Both of which ere extremely rich and very filling! The service did start to become slow as the night went on as our reservation was for 20h and we ended up leaving at around 23h. Overall, a great option for those in the area wanting to have a majority non-sea based meal.
Excellent food and service. The online menu isn’t exactly accurate, it probably changed in the meantime, but the dishes were diverse and interesting. We’ve tried the chef’s special of the day which was a lamb rack with purple potato purée, as well as the pork ribs both meats were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. Even the side of rice with chorizo was amazing. The staff is attentive and professional. I didn’t expect much from the interior based on the Google pics available, I was, however, pleasantly surprised of the lovely setting outdoors where we had our table. Eigentlich ein schönes Restaurant mit tollem Essen. Allerdings stimmt hier das Preis/ Leistungsverhältniss absolut nicht. Ein großer King Prawn für 24€ empfinde ich als extrem überteuert. Die Preise kann man sich allerdings vorher online ansehen. Der Service war super und das Ambiente auch gut.
An interesting presentation of Portuguese cuisine. Staff are exceptionally knowledgeable and very professional. They have a passion for what they and take great pleasure to serve you. The food could have been much more spicy and tinglinger, but would correspond to a Western palette. Temperaturewise, I think it might have come a little hotter. The dishes were presented very well and served immediately.
Atmosphere of a train station... food was ok, not great, but okay. As part of a five-star resort, one would certainly expect something else.
