Dom Carlos - Albufeira

Great restaurant! Fantastic atmosphere, location right at the top of escalators very convenient and really nicely decorated. Staff very friendly and good suggestions from them. Food was excellent, prawns, sea bass and cheesecake all delicious. Best meal we’ve had in 10 days, good value bearing in mind the quality of the ingredients and cooking. Wine list was good too. Highly recommended.

It is very good to see that Dom Carlos has survived Covid 19 They are back on track. They served us a very tasty and fine dinner. The place is clean and stylis. The service is very great and pleasant. We recoment to go to Dom Carlos and enyoy the time their.

Food was incredible. Really good selection of wines and drinks. Excellent service too. Chloe couldn't have done enough for us she was phenomenal. Highly recommend!

We booked a table here based on other Trip Advisor reviews and have to say they were spot on. It really was a fantastic little restaurant. As it transpired we were the only couple booked in that evening which made it even more special. Our waitress was a delight, nothing was too much trouble there no hint of trying to rush us out the door. Very relaxing. Genuinely recommend :

We have dined at DC when the previous owners ran it on 2018 and the food/service was excellent back then. With the pandemic, we only managed to come back April 2022 as double celebration for our daughter 's 21st and my 60th birthday celebratory meal. We were aware that new owners had taken over and wondered if the standard we had sampled in 2018 could be matched; they were EXCEEDED The restaurant has had a refresh and looks very welcoming. We were met by our host (whose name we did not get, but it was the very polite and friendly Scottish young lady) who showed us to our table. The service provided by her was exemplary and we could not ask for any more. We had already chosen our food previously and all courses were immaculately presently and tasted devine. The courses were not rushed and we had plenty of time to savour and sample the superb flavours of all our meals without being rushed. I had the Beef Wellington which was just perfect as was the Risotto for my daughter and the Chicken Breast for my wife. Desserts were to die for as verified by my wife and daughter as I am lactose intolerant and not keen on berries which were the main ingredients for all the desserts, Besides, by that time I could not eat any more as I was full !! The young lady kindly provided a complimentary beer to make up for not having a dessert. A welcome and unexpected surprise. Overall, we THOROUGHLY enjoyed the service, food and experience of Dom Carlos and would recommend it highly. We will definitely be dining there again
